Please allow yourself to contemplate each of these affirmations. By contemplation, I do not mean thinking about them, but allowing them to exist in your consciousness without placing any value or condition upon them - good/bad, desirable/undesirable, etc.
Look for ways in which any of these manifest in your life and find possible repetitive circumstances where these are being triggered - when you are in the presence of a certain person, or at work or with strangers, etc.
