A Quest for Freedom

Any problem that may arise in your life is a signal that you have the mastery, the skills and the strength to overcome it. And then you might ask yourself why can’t you? Why do you seem to be or to feel so powerless in front of it? What keeps the problem separated from its solution? The answer lies in the fragmentation. All along our life, we grudgingly or lovingly disengage from people and situations that seem to produce negative reactions of the body… We have no awareness that those TOO are parts of ourselves. So we “cut them off”, we fragment ourselves into good parts, bad parts.

Now CONSCIOUSNESS is….well, Conscious…DAH!!! Consciousness knows of itself, it JUST IS. It doesn’t need transformation, healing work, it just flows. The parts of us that are bad, that we fragmented away, are those that are desperately driving us to be recognized, embraced into the JUST BEING. They keep pushing and pulling at our attention and at our energy and by doing so, they become the strongest “muscle”, the one that we use the most, the one that drives our life forward… or should I say backward?

Going back to our problem-solving issues, we keep using the muscles that are NOT working, that are NOT true, that are biased, judgmental, rejected and feared, in order to solve a problem which already contains the solution. We are basically driving ourselves away from the solution but trying to solve the problem. By not embracing the problem. By not acknowledging WHAT IS, as a valid, valuable, intrinsic, godly manifestation of who we are.

Approach a situation you have in your life with the curiosity of how can that be valid? How can that be good for you? How can that be YOU? Instead of trying to solve it and heal it. Instead of finding solutions for it, instead of trying to choose the best option to get you out of it. The minute you have made a choice, you need to realize that’s the moment you have gotten further away from the solution. Your choice is just a mirror of those “bad” parts that are driving you to not being whole, to being unconscious. And we often will find that the minute life seems to not give us any more choices, is the only one when we are able to be happy. That is the moment where life is just what is. That is the moment where there is nothing to DO, nothing to UNDERSTAND, nothing to strive for, nothing to heal, nothing is wrong and nothing is absent. That is FREEDOM!
