Inner Work

Every person who starts inner work will have a different experience. Inner work is extremely personal in that sense. What I am proposing through my work with people is my own way that I have unlocked some productive healing techniques, but each person is going to follow their own path that is being laid before them. Through my work with people, I am not spoon-feeding them tons of information and elaborate mind-concepts. What I do is I keep my own torch shining as bright as I am able to and I explain how I do that through practical tips of how I came to do this efficiently in my own life. If you work with me or follow me or are interested in what I am saying here, know that you are going to have to put in the work for your own evolution. If you are not willing to put in the time and the effort to properly engage with healing work – guess what – you won’t have any healing! It’s THAT simple!
Any way of doing inner work is CORRECT – there’s no way you can do this wrong. However, you will have to “put your big girl/big boy hat on” and actually DO IT – that is why it is called “work”! Thinking about it, studying about it, parroting about it, preaching about it is not inner work. It is living the life of a puppet – an unhappy, unfulfilled, unaware, uninspired puppet that is using its body to masturbate with other bodies – be it literally or mentally or emotionally.

If you are determined to stay where you are spiritually, mentally and emotionally, inner work is not going to be something you will be able to truthfully engage with. You might go through the motions of acting as if you do, but that will only be yet another addiction you are feeding your ego with.
Inner work isn’t about learning something, it is about knowing YOU – your journey, your understandings, your lessons, your challenges. And talking about challenges, inner work can be an immensely demanding endeavour at times, yet, it does not have a punitive quality about it as the mind often wants to portray it. Inner work, if you want, has a price – the price of your true evolution as a human on this planet. It also has a reward, or, better said, a daily salary – FREEDOM from pain. It is there, you just have to be able to recognize it.
What seems to stand in the way of authentic inner work is that, especially when we start walking this path, it seems to bring about challenges in our life, pain, destruction… It doesn’t. Inner work really only uncovers what is already there, hidden. These are not challenges that come upon you in order to “get you” or trick you or punish you, they’re there to remove what stands in the way of you being whole and living a life that is serving YOU best.
What we are experiencing as “challenging” is actually just a lack of familiarity with parts of ourselves that we are unaware of, that we have suppressed and shunned under the dictates of our present human conditioning.
Inner work is, really, inner honesty that will overflow into outer authenticity. It is about coming to the understanding that our limited individual crippled mind has no bearing on Truth and it will never affect truth, no matter what that same mind is trying to tell us. And I can almost see you rolling your eyes… why the bleep should you care about any Truth? Well, you shouldn’t. It’s only that Truth means peace, inspiration, happiness, openness, freedom…
I am well aware that most people are not going to embark on this journey in such a radical way I have, still, I strongly believe that every single step in this direction is eventually going to open a path that is more truthful and more authentic, even if that eventuality is not going to arise in this lifetime or as soon as our mind wants to trick us into believing.

Inner work is not about a one-time occurrence or a one-time course or a one life-time arguably. Inner work is about the continuous focus, clarity and pureness of the energy that you are. In that sense, trying to manipulate concepts, people and circumstances in order to APPEAR enlightened and knowledgeable and whatever else, is part of the same path, only it is going in the opposite direction from peace – visually, this is similar to driving in full speed with the breaks on. Is there a problem with that? None. That means you are living a life of friction, pain, self-sabotage, fears, unhappiness, lack of inspiration and purpose, continuously second-guessing yourself and others, spinning around and around in hellish circles, etc. This direction goes into feeding that little inner monster that is delighting in the delusion. Is that even true? Of course it isn’t, it’s just a metaphor to express that a life lived under the dictates of delusion is one where the energy that you are, is going against the current of peace and of truth in a way that it can remain singular, cut off, isolated and which, at the end of the day and at the end of life and at the end of times maybe, you are the pain, you are the delusion, you are the friction. Is there going to come a time where you will get sick of it? I don’t know. I don’t think God even knows (or cares). What I know for sure is that, at every single moment of life, you are being given the tools, the opportunities and the means to go inside.
